Differences between editor and preview in brand new site

  I am brand brand new to wordpress. I just started editing my website with the Maywood theme and I’m already so confused.

  1. I don’t understand why the text of blocks are showing up in completely different colors between editing and previewing.

  2. Why does the title of the page show up in the editor and not in the preview?

  I’ve tried finding answers as to why there are differences. Everything I read says to use the “old” editor version of wordpress. Is this really necessary when JUST starting out with a brand new site with a theme provided by wordpress? Is this an issue with the theme I chose in the first place? I welcome any tips. Thanks

  As your website is still not published its tuff to give you proper solution. Though, you can follow bellow instructions.

  Why does the title of the page show up in the editor and not in the preview?

  Your page title might be hidden. To unhide the title please follow these steps
  your_site->Appearance->Customize
  On the next screen click on Homepage Settings.
  Uncheck the box “Hide Homepage Title”. See Screenshot Don’t forget to save the changes.
