Different author names

  I have 2 different domains. I want the author’s name for the posts I publish on both sites to be different. Can I do that? If so, how can I do it?

  Hi @bringaboutachange, sure. The best way to do that is by using two different usernames. Then add that user to the site, under My Site > Manage > People . If you need help, we have some resources here:

  Sorry for bumping an old thread, but is the only way to do this to create a new account? I’d rather not have to do that to be honest.

  The only way to publish under different names on different sites is if the sites belong to different accounts.

  Your username is the unique identifier of your account, not for just a single site in your account, and one account cannot have two different unique identifiers.
