  I created a blog for specific class conversation. That class is finished, and I’d like to use the space for a new class.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Is your question this one? How do I empty my blog content while retaining the blog address ie. the URL?

  I have tagged this thread for Staff. They can can empty the whole blog for you and that will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

  If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, then post again to this thread to:

  (1) confirm the URL of the blog you want Staff to empty;
  (2) confirm that you know content deletion is irreversible.

  IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months.

  Hi there,

  If you’d like to delete multiple posts or pages from your blog, you can use the bulk edit feature. That way, you can quickly remove the contents of your blog and start over.

  If you’d like, I can also empty the blog for you. I just need you to confirm the address of the blog you want to empty. Please note that emptying a blog will permanently delete the contents.
