Different Header Text one one page OR alternate Header image for mobile

    I’ve been asked to create a landing page for a site – which I have done – but there is no header image / text on the landing page template. I used a photoshopped image to mock up a similar image with the DIFFERENT header text (the whole point is he needs it to be different from the rest of the site).

    BUT, on mobile, this is image rendered full width, not responsively, so the header text is really tiny. http://www.harrydijkshoorn.com/en/non-duality-therapy/

    I’m trying to find a way to fix this but am really out of my depth! I don’t know a lot about code. My ideas are:

    1) Finding code to set an alternate image for mobile (eg, less than 425px). Have found some suggestions in forums but none of them so far have worked – any ideas?
    2) Finding a way to create different header text on this single page and then hiding the menu. There seem to be plugins that change the image but not the header text?

    Would really appreciate any pointers or suggestions – thanks.
