Different Layout on Different Monitors

I’m currently working on a WordPress site and have run into a problem.
I’ve created some new pages recently and have filled it with content and everything looked fine on my end.
However, once I sent the site over to some peers for review, they told me that there is whitespace (margin issues possibly) on both side on the pages.
The recurring issue seems to be that the website looks different depending on which device it is being viewed on.
Personally, I have 2 different monitors that I use. I have 1 separate monitor that I got as an extra, and my main monitor, which is a laptop.
When I open and/or edit the page on 1 monitor, and then reopen it on the other, the content layout is different from the ‘original’.
What can I do to fix this? -
What theme are you using? It’s possible that there are different views for different devices. Usually, there’s an icon and you can see what you’ll see for each layout. Cellphones, tablets and computer screens. Is this happening on different browsers? Or on different types of devices?

I may have confused you when I said device.
Let me give an example to help clarify things.
I currently have 2 monitors that I use. My main monitor, we’ll refer to as “monitor A” (my main laptop screen), and a separate 1 that I bought as a 2nd monitor (bigger than my laptop screen) that we can refer to as “monitor B”.
When I open/edit WordPress pages on monitor A, it looks okay, but when I open the same page on monitor B, it looks different.
If I were to have the zoom aspect ratio of 100% on monitor A, I would need a zoom aspect ratio of 80% on monitor B to match it.
Another example is, on my monitor, I can see the whole page without any whitespace/margins. However, when viewed on my peer’s monitor, there is whitespace/margin.
I am currently using the “Twenty Twenty” theme/appearance.
