Difficulties in paying for the Blaze promotion

    Hello, hello!
    I was about to promote my latest post with the help of the Blaze feature — I’d filled in all the necessary info but was rejected to create promotion. Now I’m wondering why could that happen…

    Would be grateful to figure the issue out. Lots of thanks in advance!

    Hi again!

    We could use some additional details about the issue you faced. Could you share the following, please?

    • Were you able to create the campaign before seeing that it was rejected?
    • How did you know it was rejected? Did you receive an email or see anything on the dashboard?
    • If you can still replicate the issue (being rejected when/after creating a campaign), are you able to take a screenshot and share it with us? Make sure the screenshot doesn’t have any personal details (like your email address, card details, etc.)
    • Anything else you can share.

    We don’t see any campaigns created on our end, so we’re not sure if you actually ran into a temporary browser issue or something else entirely. The information above could help us troubleshoot this.
