Difficulties with site

  I’m not even quite sure how to explain what’s going on with my site. I haven’t been on it in a few months and it now just displays the links to headings in a list, no formatting or pictures. So, I went in as an admin to try to fix things but I get two error messages. One is ‘This page is not available on this site’. If I click on ‘My Site’, it will come up with Merry Hearts Waldorf and Nature School but then a gold exclamation mark shows on the left menu saying ‘Complete Domain Set up’. In the main area, the heading is ‘Domains’ and underneath, it shows the correct web address but another error exclamation point in a circle says: ‘We noticed that something wasn’t updated correctly. Please try this setup again.’ The words ‘this setup’ are a blue link. When I click on them, the screen goes white and if I hit the refresh link, I’ll see a flash of the editing page but it immediately goes back to white.

  I just want to be able to edit my website and I’ve googled these error codes and looked in the forums but haven’t been able to find anything helpful with whatever issues the site is having. I really hope someone can help. I have to change my website to reflect my new business in the next few days. Thank you!

  This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  This means we are unable to help with this site.

  To login into the site you would need to go to: http://www.merryheartswaldorfandnatureschool.org/wp-admin/

  It sounds like you may need to look in updating the theme and plugins on the site which may be available via wp-admin > Updates.
