difficulty getting to dashboard and control panel after logging in

I am trying to change my slider- have hired a programmer to change this- neither of us can get to my dashboard or control panel- after logging in- website just goes straight to homepage as if I was a visitor to the site

adventurebookforteens.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost, rather than WordPress.com. There is some information about the differences between the two in this support documentation:
We can only help with WordPress.com sites here but support for self hosted site is available on the WordPress.org support forums.
