Difficulty Reaching the Support Team

Why does WordPress make it so impossible to call their customer support team? I have a pressing concern that I’d like to discuss with an actual employee, but there’s no phone number to call on any of their support webpages. Does anyone know how to get ahold of them?

WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support.
Depending on the paid plan you have or haven’t, you are entitled to a certain level of support.

I appreciate you responding to me. We do have a paid plan, but I’m not seeing the customer service options. I’m concerned about providing sensitive information on such a public platform. Hence, my push to find a phone number or direct email address. Are you able to direct me to more secure assistance?
