  I don’t see any loading issues on your site.

  If specific visitors to your site are having problems loading it, the problem is likely with their browsers or internet connections, not with anything wrong on your site, so it’s not really something we can do anything about.

  You can ask them to try the steps at https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/. Also ask them to try resetting their modem/router, flush their computer’s DNS cache, or try a different internet connection. Beyond that we’d need them to contact us directly, as further troubleshooting would involve getting information about their ISPs, IP addresses, traceroutes, etc.
