Difficulty upgrading my account

    Hi, I am attempting to upgrade my intro account to the next level. Unfortunately there are two problems. Firstly, I am Irish and live in Ireland (the island) but am obliged to register as a UK national (political issue right there…). Secondly, even when I do put ‘UK’ down and enter my address, the format is not accepting my postcode (which is genuine). This means that I am unable to progress to making a purchase for the upgrade. Can you please advise with both of these issues. Finally, can you clarify for me that there is a domain name ending in .blog ? Thanks

    Hi there,

    Where are you “obliged to register as a UK national” ? Ireland is included in the country drop-down list on both the payment screen and the domain contact information screen, and any valid Irish postal code should be accepted.

    If you input an Irish postal code if you selected the UK as the country, then it won’t be accepted, as postal codes are validated according to the format used in the specific country.

    It looks like you have since managed to buy a Premium Plan, though, but let me know if you still need help with this.
