difficuty in getting access to earlier blog site.

I have tried to access my earlier site. In the authenticizing process you have sent me an SMS, but I have not received it, although my telephone number has remained unchanged. I have tried Google authorization by the Google Authorization app, but this too fails. In desperation I have now made a new login with my present email (my previous email address is in the process of being closed, but is still operational.). I have repeatedly tried all the above steps, but they have not worked.
What to do?
And why ask through the forums?
Surely WordPress has some responsibility to help its users itself?
Purely from the ‘commercial’ point of view this would not appear to be a very wise strategy!

That site is connected to another account of yours moonraker56. Log out from current rhkingtssf and log in again as moonraker56. If you don’t know your log in credentials, go to https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
