direct link instead of wordpress.com

I tried to pay for having a direct .com address (www.communitybuildingsolutions.com instead of http://www.communitybuildingsolutions.wordpress.com) and I didn’t get it. I gave my credit card details but the system didn’t work properly.
Now the address is http://www.communitybuildingsolutions.wordpress.com and I don’t know how to upgrade to the direct address. The only possible upgrade is to the premium features and I don’t need it.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Well, you can’t get http://www.communitybuildingsolutions.com at WordPress.com. You can get http://communitybuildingsolutions.com though, assuming nobody else has purchased it. You will ALSO need the domain mapping upgrade, to attach it to the blog. These are the instructions. Until you map the domain to the blog, it will go nowhere.

You’re welcome and good luck. Remember that once it’s configured, it can take up to a couple of days for the DNS to settle down.
