Directing a post into another page

How do I direct a post to another page? For example, if I have a page called “Book Reviews” and I decide to write a post about it but do not want that post to be on my home page but just on my book review page, how do I do that?

Pages are a form of content, like posts, and as such cannot contain posts.
Instead, I recommend using your categories and category archive pages, like http://chefonabicycle.com/category/product-reviews/
You can add these to your menu by creating your own. See this for more info and a video tutorial: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
