Disable authenticator on account.
-
I am attempting to access an account I have not used in sometime. The 2-step authentication is apparently turned on the account, but I have no backup codes available (which is my fault for misplacing them). My username and password are correct and have access to the email attached to the account, but I have no option to SMS code options. The code seems to only be available with the Google authenticator application which tells me something wasn’t completed in the setup or this was done some time back before both options were available, thou I expect there is a SMS number on the account.
I have had to log into another personal account to post this onto this forum. If someone from WordPress.com support could contact me. So I can resolve the login issues on the other account it would be appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you do not have or cannot remember the login information for a WordPress.com account, your best bet is to try the account recovery process here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Due to the private nature of information required for account recovery and the public nature of these forums, we cannot help with account recovery here.
