Hi there,
Did you already point the domain’s name servers to your new hosting provider? In that case it’s likely your browser still “remembers” where the domain used to go. If you clear your browser cache it should start loading the site at your new host.

I removed the website from my WordPress.com account and updated my hosting site to the correct name servers. However, my website will randomly show that message even after I’ve cleared my cache. Can somebody from WordPress.com confirm my site is no longer associate with WordPress.com?

We have no access whatsoever to your domain. The moment you cancelled your mapping upgrade we lost all access we had. If the domain is still pointing to us from your domain provider’s end, that something that needs to be fixed on that side.
How long ago did you update the name servers? Name server changes can take up to 72 hours to complete, and during that time your domain could still route traffic to your old host.
And a third option is that the problem is with your computer’s DNS cache, so you can try clearing that as well. The instructions to do this is very specific to the operating system you’re using, so you’ll need to google the exact instructions for your setup to do that.
