  I have login credentials and access to registered email ID but; I lost two factor authentication. I need wordpress support to disable two factor authentication.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s the moment you must use one of the backup codes you got and were supposed to store on a safe place, when you set up 2FA.
