Hi there,
WordPress.com issued you a full refund on July 22, 2015, when the domain was cancelled. (You can find the refund receipt in your Billing History to verify that refund.)
The refund went back to the credit card you used to make that purchase. If you don’t see the refund on your credit card statement, please contact your credit card company for more details about how long that process will take.

Hi there,
Am sorry, I didn’t get any refund on the 22 of July, rather, it was on the day I paid for the Domain. I was told paypal will refund in 5 workings days and I have been waiting since then, but no credit was made into my account.
Please I need my money back.
Thanks. -
However, my card is a debit card not credit card. Please help me get my money back, I need it badly.

Hi there,
Sorry for the confusion — Payments on credit and debit cards look the same in our system, so I didn’t realize you used a debit card and not a credit card. WordPress.com issued the refund to that card on July 22, so the refund is already done on this end. It does take some time for refunds to be processed so you see them on your bank statement, but once the refund is issued there is nothing more I can do to help on this end.
I am sending you an email with more details about the refund if you need to follow up with your bank or PayPal about it.

Hi adambano1 —
You can contact PayPal using one of the methods here:
https://www.paypal.com/us/contactus
You’ll need the “PayPal ref” number near the top right of the refund receipt on your Billing History page when you contact them. (I also sent you an email with these details, including that reference number.)
