Disabling Automatic WordPress Updates

  It seems my site has automatically updated to WordPress 5.6. I had planned to wait a bit. Underneath where it tells me the current version is 5.6 it says, ‘This site will not receive automatic updates for new versions of WordPress.’ So why did it update automatically this time?
