Disappearing Site

  Yesterday I set up a site, paid for the first year, and created some content. After that, when I would go to my site on the www, it would take me to my site but it was a splash screen saying something new was coming. I cannot find the site I created.

  I would say you used another account to set up your site and buy a paid plan. What is the URL of your site?

  It seems that WordPress has not support system available. I developed and paid for a site and now I can’t find it. I may have used another account to set up the site and buy the paid plan as staartmees suggests, but I need help.

  Is there a way to actually contact a human at wordpress or do we pay our money and then we are on our own?

  Not a happy customer! I need help and am frustrated.
