Disappearing Widgets

  I am trying to add a second widget to my default sidebar. It places okay and saves. But when I refresh my site it doesn’t appear. Next time I look at my widgets menu the widget I have added has disapeared from the default sidebar and reappeared on the list of available widgets.

  I’ve tried a number of times and it never actually adds the second widget.

  What is the type of widget that you’re trying to add, and where exactly are you placing it?

  I was trying to add either the recent posts or the posts calander. I tried to place immediately below the text sidebar you can see on our site. In all attempts it allows me to select and place the widget (so it appears to accept it) but it doesn’t show up on the site and goes back to the list of available widgets next time I click on to the widgets page.

  It seems to be working now. You had an extra ul tag in your Text widget that was causing some trouble.
