Disappearring images

Hi Word Press I really hope you can help me fix my images disappearing on my site, this i what I wrote to Hostgator today and they referred me to you. If you would like the images please ask.
1. In word press admin of biz-find.co.uk, i click listings then I scroll till I see the listing ‘Hot Sip’ and I click edit listing (see image Hot Sip 1)
2. Scroll down the listing page until you see where to add images (See image Hot Sip 2)
3. I choose the Hot Sip image from my PC and upload it and click the green tick to confirm (See images Hot Sip 3 and image Hot Sip 4)
4. Once the image is uploaded I scroll up till I see save changes top right of the listing admin page (See Image Hot Sip 5)
5 I can now see the image has been successfully uploaded in the listing admin page (See image Hot Sip 6)
6. I can then go to the front end of my site and see the image is ok and added successfully (See image Hot Sip 7)
7. Thus is when I lose my shit, because in time frames ranging from 1 minute to 5 days in the maximum, I go to look at the listing Hot Sip on the fornt end (as website visitors see it) and my default image has replaced the one I uploaded, the image I uploaded can not been seen in Media gallery either and its just a load of blanks. I have done this process for this listing and others over a dozen times and it keeps disappearing and my default image appears again and again wasting hours and hours of my time.
Not only that; where I added a site member’s website and telephone number, which are really [re-requisites to make any online business directory any value to visitors, HAS ALSO GONE MISSING!
Over 100 people have registered to the site in the last 3 months, they have to add images , they cannot advance to submission if they do not upload an image of their business, and if you look down the listings page in the admin area all the new images are gone , poof, vanished, disappeared!
Images prior to me moving to a new C Panel roughly 9 weeks ago (you will see 2 C Panels in my WHM. bizfind,net is the newer one where we added Biz-find.co.uk) are still there and fine, and this is the only thing that is making me not give up on this projects as it is still some value to website visitors. Any new images that have been uploaded show fine and this is why new members keep adding cos they see the image they have uploaded work fine but the issue is: the images upliad fine BUT THEN THEY DISAPPEAR AFTER WARDS any time from 1 minute to 5 days and the Tel no and website link they added also gone, and my default image is back to haunt me!
If you look at the home page of Biz-find.co.uk all you see is my default images I hate that image, and that image means something is broken and my default image has replaces images that have been there and then just disappeared!
Please help me get to the bottom of this,. 9 years work has gone into this and this issue has rendered the site useless images are paramount to what I am doing.

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
