disappointed

Why are we forced to do upgrade if our e-books are to be downloaded? I am so upset. For so long I wondered why my books were not selling. I have lost customers because they paid but never received their e-books. Bad on your part to us lowly trying to tell our stories and make just a little to make life easier, instead it has been a mess. never downloading e-books to customers and somehow me failing to understand changes because there was always a buy button. • Hi there,

Are you referring to the E-Books on this page?:

If you are using the Buy Now, Donate, or Add to Cart button (which is what it looks like you’re using for your site), you can still use the free plan for those options. The Subscribe, Installment Plan, and Automatic Billing buttons require a PayPal Business or Premier plan from PayPal. You can still use those buttons on a free WordPress.com Plan.

Only the Simple Payments feature require a plan:

What are you seeing on your end that gives you the impression that you need a plan for users to download your E-Book?

    Let me know, thanks!
