Disappointed with support service

    Hi. It has been 4 to 5 days.I have tried emailing support before and even connected with someone at chat. However, I am disappointed with WordPress support service. I have not got any replies or solution to my issue yet! Who do I approach if I am facing an issue with the site???

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Hi. I sent an email qround 5 to 6 days back. Had a chat 2 days ago with someone too. However havent recieved any reply.

    I am trying to download my media fron the site since the oast one week but it stops half way. I have tried everything, from using different browsers to different internet connections, nothing works.

    The process starts but after sometime just stops downloading halfway.

    I need my media. Is there a way to download it please!?

    I can confirm I do not see that activity under your @voguepoint account. Is it possible that you have more than one login with us? I see that you have transferred voguepoint.net to Bluehost, so possibly you are referring to conversations you have had with them?

    If you are moving to another provider (like Bluehost) we offer the following guidance here for exporting your site and importing it over there: https://wordpress.com/support/export/#how-to-export-your-content-to-another-site-or-platform

    Your site has about 3GB of media uploads (images) and that much data can take a lot of time to export. It can be the case that your import will “time out” due to the amount of data involved, so you can get around that by creating several smaller export files to break things up. For example you can try breaking things up by year, so instead of having your entire blog contents in a single export file you have only a years worth of content.

    Hi. It is the WordPress site that I am trying to get the data from. Nothing to do with Bluehost. I have tried breaking the content into timelines even then have been unable to download. Again tried it with different browsers and different internet connections. However, still no progress. Anything else that I can do?
