Disassociating an account name

  Hi,
  This account has two sites associated with it. At least one of them is going to become a premium site soon (as in, as soon as I get this issue settled). The other may or may not become premium in the future, depending on the success of the entire. Anyway, I need to separate these sites because both are going to be collaborative sites (more than one person will share the p/w and administrate the sites. My problem is the sites represent two different groups–who should not have access to the others’ site. Can I create a new account (new email) and ‘move’ one of these sites to that account? Thank you.
