disconnect site from my account

  I am having an issue.

  I no longer have anything to do with judihasson.com which has been rebuilt and does not include my name or email address. However it still shows up on the top left of my wordpress.com account when I log in but does not appear in the sites list. 

  I need to delete my wordpress.com account but cannot until this site is detached right? Can you help?

  There is no jetpack currently installed on the judihasson.com site either.

  Also there are two connected blogs that I want to delete but there is no disconnect link

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
