Disconnecting domain name from WordPress

    Hi! I’m transferring my site from WordPress to Weebly, bc my website designer is no longer able to support my site. (Sorry!) Either way, I have checked out all the forums, and can’t see any useful help for disconnecting, bc I can’t find the ‘App’ menu on the left-hand column, or a ‘configure’ option anywhere. THANK YOU in advance!

    ALSO — just changed my contact email inside my WP editing site, and YET my WP profile shows that I have “no sites”. Just called the phone help line, and message says that they are not able to help and I should call back later.

    PLEASE HELP.

    Of what site are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here is less than a day old and don’t own any sites or domains with us. This forum only provides support for sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    If you’ve been using the open source version of WordPress at another hosting provider, please contact that provider directly for help.
