Disconnection

    My site got disconnected for reasons I do not know. I could not reconnect within the 36 hours time frame given by IFTTT. Now I’m trying to reconnect but each time I enter my password and click on ‘connect’, the password just disappears without any explanation and the site remains disconnected. I have checked the password over and over. It is correct. Yet I can’t reconnect. Please what do I do?

    I do not see any sites under your @pricelessjournal WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
