display issues with wordpress site

  I have a conflict that I cannot resolve. My main navigation menu does not diplay the list of pages. Rather, It just say ‘Menu’

  Initially I received an email that the issue was Jetpack. I deleted the plugin and then re-installed, but the issue persists.
