Display Name (Nickname) and adress for site

  Hi! I want return my first Display Name (Nickname) and my first adress for my site after permanently deleting.

  I have deleted this site and this site is no longer available, but when i begin to write that username and adress of site – it already exists.

  “Permanent.”

  Once you do something permanent, you can’t un-do it.

  But for some reason “it already exists”, if nobody can not do it?
