  How can I use different display names for each blog site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Well, it depends how important it is that they not be discovered to be connected. There are two options

  a) For top security and success at not forgetting, create each blog from a completely different user account

  b) this is guaranteed to make you fail because you WILL forget to change, but you can change the Nickname on your User page as often as you like. Just remember to change it every single time. And make sure your Primary Blog is a Mature one, so your username doesn’t link to a blog, because nobody would change both nickname and primary blog every time they switched blogs. It’s twice the failure options.

  In eight years I do not know of anyone here who has succeeded in getting b) right all the time.
