Displaying other site content on my blog

  I plan to switch to premium account and I want to divert traffic to my other site from there. Is there a way to make a panel in wordpress blog and promote my other site on it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sure thing. You can link the site right in the menu. Or you could create a page, post, widget to link it there. Many options.
