Dispute Charge for website

    Was charged on CC for something and I haven’t used WordPress in months. Need to cancel. Thanks

    The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of any upgrades.

    Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel and refund the upgrade. If you are able to log into the correct account, you can use the instructions here:

    If you cannot log into that account, a good option for you might be to use our “why was I charged” system: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
