DMCA and Libel using WordPress

    mhannigan.WordPress.com is using the WordPress platform to reblog which is fine. But to Libel and slander and use our Trademarked logo is not acceptable.
    We are asking for WordPress help to remove this blog and or notify the user they are violating our trademark and cannot use the WordPress platform for Libel.
    We hope WordPress can help in this issue as we do not wish to involve WordPress in any legal action. But we must protect our brand. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated
