    Hi I used to have my site with wordpress but transferred the domain management to squarespace. But I have no dns records to connect. Can you help?

    Sure thing. We can definitely investigate that charge. The account that you’ve used to contact us though, has never made any purchases or had a renewal processed on it. All that means, is that the charge you’re inquiring about belongs to a different user account. Are you able to write to us from that account?
