  hello, I can not find DNS settings. can I change it or something?

  For what domain are you trying to change DNS? To have access to DNS settings on WordPress.com you need to have a custom domain registered or mapped to us, and the account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any domain upgrades with us.

  If this is for a domain you have registered somewhere else, you need to contact your domain provider directly for help with this.
