  I am not able to find the DNS detials as to change the DNS address provided by my hosting partner.

  Correct account: Unknown

  I am not able to configure my DNS server from the hosting partner to WordPress.
  The url: Https//: Enroll-grow.com comes as unkown.

  Do I have to create a site for the same at WordPress.

  Please help to change my server (DNS) at wordpress.

  Hi there!

  I see that the domain enroll-grow.com is registered with us at WordPress.com (under a different account) and is now loading a WordPress.com site. Do you want to change the DNS records of your domain to point it to another host?

  If so, you’ll need to do the following:

  First, log in to your WordPress.com account that you used to register the domain. The growenroll account you were logged into is not the correct one.

  Second, ask your new host for their nameservers or DNS records. Depending on what they provide, you can change the nameservers or the DNS records by following the instructions on the respective links.

  Within 72 hours of making those changes, the domain will start loading your externally hosted site.

  As a side note, I noticed the domain enroll-grow.com is fairly new. Did you have any trouble with your site on WordPress.com? Note that you don’t need separate hosting as your WordPress.com Personal plan already comes with hosting. So if you thought you needed another hosting service provider to host your WordPress site, that’s not the case.

  I am not able to log into my account at all to change the DNS server.
  Please help.

  My site is completely blank, no dashboard, no nothing, I am stuck not able to link with the server.

  If I provide you the server, will you be able to point to my DNS server.

  Or else its complete waste of money and time.

  As the domain is not connected to this account, this wouldn’t be possible via this thread.

  Can you tell me more about the browser you’re seeing when you attempt to login please? For instance, what browser extensions that may be in place?

  You may wish to clear the browser cache ( https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache ) and then attempt re-logging in.
