DNS Editing
-
I have contacted my Domain management company and asked for assistance with setting up the correct Word Press email DNS edit however it still doesn’t work – can you please correct script and send back.
They originally gave me this:
mail.bubbles-bling.com.au. 14400 A 50.87.153.141
bubbles-bling.com.au. 14400 MX 0 mail.bubbles-bling.com.au
webmail.bubbles-bling.com.au 14400 A 50.87.153.141
bubbles-bling.com.au. 14400 TXT “v=spf1 a mx
include:websitewelcome.com ~all”Then I gave them the Word Press format and they gave me this:
MX 0 mail.bubbles-bling.com.au.
TXT “v=spf1 a mx include:websitewelcome.com ~all”
A webmail 50.87.153.141
A mail 50.87.153.141Still doesn’t work – can you please help.
my Domain site is http://www.bubbles-bling.com.au – set up on Whois.
Thanks.
Catherine

Hi Catherine,
I noticed that you had quotation marks in your TXT record (the second line). You don’t need those, so I went ahead and removed them from your custom DNS. Everything else looks good to me, so this change should fix your email.
You may need to wait a few hours for that change to take effect. If you email still doesn’t work after a few hours, please let me know and we can investigate the issue further!
