  I am trying to remove the DNS setting to wordpress

  I am desperately trying to stop the domain mapping on the WordPress site. I am trying to build my site using a different content manager. I had it mapped to wordpress and have reassigned on my host server. It took a while to propagate but thankfully after a while I was receiving my business emails. This morning it was back to going to my wordpress site and I can’t receive emails. I removed the Domain Mapping (which was paid through next year) and I don’t see the service at all. In desperation, I try to delete my WordPress site because I am losing business emails and when I try to delete it says I have Premium Services and won’t let me delete and then it asks me to buy more Premium Services. I need my domain control…please help me to remove WordPress mapping completely. I also can;t see my site using my CPanel. I have tried everything. It seemed to work and I am back to 0 today.

  Perhaps you should return there with this further information for staff and keep everything together in one thread.

  PS: The nameservers for stattis.com currently appear to point to register.com. Is that correct or not?

  PPS: Your WordPress.com site has the Premium theme Maisha which will prevent the site being deleted without staff assistance. However I doubt that deleting your WordPress.com site will make any difference to the issues you are facing.
