DNS not pointing to the website via Jetpack.

    Hi there!

    I’ve been having problems with Jetpack. It’s been 48 hours, and WP says that ‘Jetpack is unable to connect to your domain because your domain’s DNS records aren’t pointing to your site.’ However, I have changed the nameservers on Siteground to WordPress nameservers. Not sure what else is wrong or how to fix it…

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    It sounds like that might have been a DNS propagation issue. I checked your site just now, and I can see that the Jetpack connection is working, and your site is loading as well.

    Do you still see this error message on your end? Can you try using a different browser or clearing the browser cache if yes?
