    Hi there!

There’s no specific order that the DNS records need to be added. They just all have to be formatted correctly. Here’s some info on adding custom DNS records:

    Manage Your DNS Records

If you’d like me to check the formatting of your records, please paste all of the records your email host requires here and I’ll take a look. :)

Is that what you are looking for?

Yep! That’s what I need. Everything looks like its set up correctly. Is your email still not working correctly?

I’m sorry about that. I’ve just removed all of your DNS records and re-added them in case there were any small errors I missed when I checked them. Let me know if your email still isn’t working in a few hours.

Can you tell me the email host you’re trying to set up? Is it Outlook?

    Hi there,

Based on the email records you gave us, it looks like you’re signed up for Office 365. If you signed up for that service through GoDaddy, you should be able to log in to manage your email here:

    https://sso.godaddy.com/?realm=pass&app=o365

Can you let me know if you’re able to sign in and use your email there?

  • Unknown's avatar

I am able to sign in but it doesn’t send/receive emails.
