  Hi there, my client has had a website with WordPress for the past few years but the account was not set up by her and she has no clue what her account details are as the email used to create the account was not hers. We are currently setting up a new website with a different provider however we need the account to get the IP address to change the DNS records to the new site.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet
