DNS Records

I’ve recently transferred my domain from GoDaddy to WordPress. The transfer is complete, but when accessing my domain address through a browser, I still get directed to a GoDaddy landing page.

Having checked, it seems the DNS record in WordPress is still pointing to a GoDaddy site, hence the issue (for example, it points to 15.197.148.33).

Does anyone know how to correct this, so it the DNS is the correct IP?

    Thanks.

    Hey there,

Your domain settings look to be set up correctly on my end and are pointing to your WordPress site. When a domain is first transferred or DNS records are updated it can take up to 72 hours for the changes to propagate, it looks like this is why the domain was pointing to GoDaddy. I also noticed that the SSL certificate for the domain was not issued, and I was able to manually issue a new certificate.

Your domain should be all set, but may still take some time for these changes to update.

    Hope this helps!
