DNS server lookup failed
-
Hi All,
I purchased my domain “www.treeofclarity.com” off of Namecheap 11/6 and set up wordpress CMS just yesterday night. I can see the website off of my desktop on my internet but cannot access it on my phone. When I have my friends go the website, they get the following message:
The server at http://www.treeofclarity.com <http://www.treeofclarity.com> can’t be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website’s name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chromefrom accessing the network.
How do I fix this?? Thanks!

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, http://treeofclarity.com/ is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
