  How do I get WordPress to change my DNS settings?
  I could do it before but when I said I needed to add a shop to my site, I was told I needed a different hosting domain and was given a refund for my upgrade. Now I can’t access the DNS settings OR get support from tech support!
  HELP!!!!! PLEASE!!!

  Your domain was not registered through WordPress.com, it was just mapped here. Domain Mapping is the upgrade you would purchase if you wanted to use a domain registered elsewhere (GoDaddy or 1and1 for example) with your WordPress.com site.

  To change DNS settings, you will need to log into your account at the registrar where you have the domain registered.
