Where can I change the MX records?

For what domain do you want to change MX records? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any domains with us.

Thanks for getting back to me. My domain is Cocoecomag.com. My emails are through Go Daddy, but they tell me that they are now pointed to WordPress and that’s why I can’t access my inbox sometimes and am not receiving all of my emails. I don’t know how this happened as I didn’t change it. Please can you help? I have followed the steps WordPress suggests to correct this, but am not getting the options to follow the instructions when I try to do it. Super grateful for any assistance you can offer!

The domain, Cocoecomag.com, is not currently connected to any site on WordPress.com, and we have no control over it.
That domain used to be mapped to a WordPress.com site, cocoecomagazine.wordpress.com, that belongs to a different account than the one you’re using to post here, but that upgrade expired in August and was removed from the site when the owner didn’t renew it. That also disabled the DNS for the domain that was hosted with us, which is why your email is no longer working.
Log back into the account that owns the site you had connected to that domain, and add a paid plan to the site. Then you’ll be able to add a new domain mapping upgrade, and the moment you do that the DNS will start working again.

That was my account. It was my brand. I didn’t receive any notifications to upgrade. I had no idea about any of this, and it’s been taken down without me knowing. I have lost all of my content now. Everything has gone and I had no chance to stop it!

The account you’re currently logged in (@cocoeco) is not the account that the mapping to cocoecomag.com was purchased. That’s why you did not get any notifications.

Thank you for your guidance. I am confused by all of this as it is my account so I don’t know what other login credentials could have been used. What is an SMS number? How do I locate that? Again, thank you.
