DNS : "The zone file is temporarily unavailable" in My domain "phantien.com"

  The zone file is temporarily unavailable? My domain doesn’t work anymore? While the date expiration is 2014.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with your domain. I’d be happy to look into this for you.

  I see that your domain’s name servers are not pointed to WordPress.com. Were you using your domain with your WordPress.com site or with a different website hosting service? If you made a change to your domain settings recently, can you let me know what instructions you were given for that change?

  Thank you for reply. In fact, I have used this domain (phantien.com) for my wordpress.com blog (phantienphotography.wordpress.com) and then I want to modify its DNS pointing to squarespace host. So, I’ve modifed the nameserver to NS01.DOMAINCONTROL.COM NS02.DOMAINCONTROL.COM. Then I modified the @ for pointing to (65.39.205.61) and the CNAME for pointing to http://www.squarespace6.com. So, it can pointing to my domain phantien.fr. Just that, and it worked very well yesterday.

  Thank you for providing those details. The nameservers you selected won’t work long term for this kind of domain change, which is why it stopped working for you.

  I entered a new set of nameservers in your domain manager for you, and I entered the CNAME and A records again. Your domain is pointed at Squarespace now, but it may take some time (possibly up to 48 hours) for the changes to take effect. (I had to change your domain manager password to make this change, so you will need to reset the password to access your domain manager again.)

  If you are still having trouble with the domain after 48 hours, please let me know and I can look into it for you!
