  I keep getting this error message and that the IP address doesn’t work. Can you help me to fix the problem so that my website will work.. thank you inadvance

  greysonrealestate.com is registered with us, but we don’t control the domain’s DNS. That domain’s name servers are pointed to GoDaddy.com, which means they manage the DNS and they’re hosting the site on that domain.

  So you’ll need to contact GoDaddy support via your hosting account with them to get that site back online.

  Also note the domain registration does not belong to the account you’re using to post here, but belongs to a different WordPress.com username. We can only make changes to the domain at that other username’s request.
