Do edits I make on wordpress need to be uploaded to my hosting site?

  Do I customize my wordpress blog on wordpress first then upload it to my godaddy? Or can I customize the theme from the wordpress installed on my godaddy hosting site

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Sites hosted here at WordPress.com are completely separate from self-hosted WordPress sites (for example, using hosting from GoDaddy). You can learn more about the differences here:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  If you have a WordPress site hosted with GoDaddy, you’ll need to log in directly to your dashboard on the site hosted there. Changes you make to a site here at WordPress.com won’t affect that self-hosted site.
