  I purchased my domain through ehost and in order to use it I need to purchase the WordPress Premium, however, I don’t want to do that at this time if possible. Is it possible to build/design my blog using the free wordpress and then transfer it once it is ready to launch to a premium account on my purchased domain?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, it’s possible. You can build the site and map the existing domain, renewed if necessary, onto it later. See the Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping) support page.
